My treatment is not complete yet I have to go back for my root canal once I finish the medicine I need to take. But all staff and the doctor were very attentive and explained everything to me. Great experience so far.

Patient treatment second to known I have ever known. The sign in the patient waiting room reads, "Relax, you're at the beach!" It turns out to be completely true. My care proved to be a day at the beach. The staff is courteous, incredibly warm, accommodating and friendly. Dr. Fabio Apolito himself is an accomplished and amazing dentist with a manner that must be experienced to be fully appreciated. I whole-heatedly recommend this practice to all in need of this form of specialized care.

I have had root canal’s in the past and they were tolerable. Like most they require you to be anesthetized ( a needle). The complete procedure from start to finish was painless. As long as I have been going to the dentist this was by far my best experience. Dr Thai did a great job of explaining everything and kept asking me if I was experiencing any discomfort. This procedure was yesterday and have no pain less than 24 hours later. Thank you Dr Thai.

I was very nervous about having another root canal. My prior experience was based on the procedures I had done at the dental office that I had gone to for about 60 years. My last root canal had taken 2 days and I was physically exhausted from that experience as I had to travel over an hour each way for 2 days straight. I have since changed my dentist opting for one that is much closer to my residence. When he told me that I would need a root canal procedure, I was not happy. I asked him for a recommendation and was given a recommendation for this group. I scheduled my appointment in the Middletown office with Dr. Apolito. I was taken promptly and everyone from the receptionist to the surgical assistant to the doctor was extremely pleasant, respectful, and very courteous. I cannot find the words to fully express how thrilled I was with this appointment. I'm not saying that I love having a root canal, but Dr. Apolito was absolutely wonderful!! He constantly checked to see that I was ok as did his surgical assistant. I was totally done within an hour. I had not a single issue after the root canal....no pain, no swelling, absolutely nothing!!! I would most definitely recommend Dr. Apolito and the Middletown office if you need to get a root canal!!!! Should I ever need another one (I hope I don't have to), this is where I'm going without a doubt!

I Had a root canal done last Wednesday By Dr.Thai..I am extremely pleased with the whole process. Dr Thai was informative and nice to talk to.The office staff was great and they worked to schedule me in during a difficult time.. I almost left the office due to time constraints then changed my mind And Dr Thai re-suitted up to do the root canal..I am so happy that I had the procedure done then. It was an Absolutely Painless Procedure! Nobody enjoys a root canal but I can attest from former dental work i have had done in the past that this root canal was by far the best experience I've ever had. As a new patient, my root canal experience with Dr. Pellicano, Ellen (Asst) and the rest of the staff that day was wonderful. From the moment I called and then entered the office, the receptionist was friendly and efficient . Ellen and Dr. Pellicano were not only professional, but made the entire procedure as comfortable as possible. I will absolutely come back to Dr. Pellicano if another root canal is needed!! Dr Apolito was incredible. I never had root canal procedure. I was nervous, scared and I was In a lot of pain. My Primary Dentist setting up this appointment under an emergency visit. Dr Apolito and the staff were unbelievable. I I knew I was at the right place with the right Dr. I appreciated the kindness, patience and great sense of humor the Dr and the staff provided to me. I needed all of that. Everything went well and I felt like I knew Dr Apolito my whole life, though I just met him. I hope to not need Dr Apolito’s services anytime soon, but if I do I know I am in good hands.

Leaving to Europe I fractured my molar 2 days before leaving and was in pain. Call them in the morning and they were able to accommodate me the same day. The staff, dental assistants were all very friendly and courteous. Dr Ostrometskya was fantastic. She explained what she would be doing and kept checking to ensure I was not feeling any pain during the procedure. Thank You Advanced Endodontics Associates.

I had lot of pain in my tooth.I took an emergency appointment for Dr. Apolito and saw him.He took a X-ray and did couple of checks on my tooth and told me that my tooth is still not that bad that I have to go for root canal. And he was sooooo right. My pain was due to the big cavity filling done the previous week. Doctor told me that I should give at least 3 weeks to become pain free. I want to thank doctor Apolito - because of his advice I did not get the root canal done and able to save my original tooth. I really appreciate him.In future if I ever have to go for root canal I will get that done with Dr. Apolito.

My experience with the office and Dr. Pellicano was first-rate. The communication with the office was excellent. They got me in quickly for a consult and I got all of my questions answered. When I went in for the procedure I felt well cared for. There was a question about what work should be done and Dr. Pellicano was patient with me and allowed me to make a choice. I had an hot tooth that needed a root canal and I couldn't get an appointment with my Endodontist but she recommended Advanced. I was leaving in on vacation in 2 days and Advanced fit me in the same day. I arrived on time and was seen right away. Tina the dental tech was great, as was Dr. Apolito. They answered all my questions, showed me the x-rays and explained what they would be doing. The procedure was quick and painless - I was in and out in 50 minutes. The staff are all friendly and helpful and I highly recommend Advanced Endodontics to anyone who needs and Endodontist.

I had a root canal performed by Doctor Ostrometskaya and from my first phone call to Advanced Endodontic until the end of the procedure everything was done in a highly professional manner. The office staff was courteous and very helpful in helping me along with the website forms and sorting out an issue with my insurance. Dr. O and her assistant could not have been any nicer in making feel comfortable and explaining the procedure as they went along. They would stop periodically to make sure I was okay before moving on. For something as unpleasant as a root canal, everyone made the experience as pleasant as they could. I would highly recommend this group.

I saw Dr. Ostrometskaya for a root canal on my front K9 tooth. I was in and out within an hour and felt absolutely nothing 🙂 All I can say is that she was amazing! She was very thorough, professional and clearly extremely competent. Dr. Ostrometskaya explained anything I asked (and I ask lots of questions). Debbie at the front office was great too. Obviously, we all hope we never need another root canal, but if I or my family ever need an Endodontist we found our spot. Overall, easily a 5 star experience!

My experience at Advanced Endodontics was by far the most pleasurable in any Dr's. Office. Let's face it, no one enjoys getting any work done on their teeth. I was in some pain and was dreading getting a root canal. I've had poor past experiences with some dental work years ago, but from the start, this office was 5 star. Professional, informative, attentive, personable and quality service. I left there happy which is unheard of. Hardly any pain in the procedure and they kept checking to see if I was comfortable. The energy is so calm and everyone was very friendly. I would 100% recommend Dr. Apolito and his staff. Thank you guys for a great experience!

I've been a patient of Advanced Endodontics for years and the practice never disappoints. I couldn't be more thankful for how quickly the office had me come in for an emergency root canal to relieve my pain. I've had many root canals at this office and never had any issues. With that said, my biggest & possibly only fear in life is dental work. When I arrived I was in terrible pain, very nervous and tense and Dr. Apolito had me calm and numbed in no time. My previous root canal experiences with other groups were very painful so I was definitely not looking forward to this appointment. What a surprise! From the assistant who took an x-ray and assisted the dentist during the root canal to the actual root canal to Dr Thai , there was not one time pain was inflicted. I was totally shocked by how actually pleasant this experience was. When I left the office, I thought to myself, okay, tonight and tomorrow will come the horrid pain. It is now Saturday afternoon and not once have I felt any pain or discomfort. I would recommend Dr Thai to anyone needing a root canal. I should have realized this since from the first time when I made the appointment by phone to my leaving, everyone was so professional yet so warm and friendly. So very happy that Dr Aiuto referred me here. Thank you all for you outstanding service!!

Dr Apolito did an amazing job! I have been to other endodontic offices, but none compare to the quality of service I received at this office.
