Meet Christopher Pellicano DDS

Dr.Christopher A. Pellicano received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stony Brook University in 2013 and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in 2017. His academic honors include making the dean’s list during each semester of his collegiate studies and graduating with a Cum Laude distinction. Dr.Pellicano received the New York State Association of Endodontics Student Achievement Award during his dental studies. In 2018, he completed a 1-year general practice residency at Northport VA Medical Center in Northport, NY.
Post Graduate studies led Dr.Pellicano to Rutgers University where he received his specialty certificate in Endodontics in 2020. During the 2-year residency, Dr.Pellicano was trained in both surgical and non-surgical endodontic techniques. This training included extensive time using the surgical operating microscope and with aid of Cone Beam Computed Technology (CBCT) to treat endodontic cases. Dr.Pellicano conducted research on CBCT radiation and its dosages in comparison to everyday sources of radiation.
Dr.Pellicano’s professional affiliations include the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and New Jersey Association of Endodontists.
Dr.Pellicano is a NJ native who grew up in Manalapan, NJ. His personal interests include cycling, fitness, travel, cooking, and saltwater aquariums.
