They made it quick and pain free. Dr. Parente walked me through the process and genuinely showed concern for my well being. Dr Parente and his team were awesome. This was my first root canal, so I didn't know what to expect. Between the staff, Dr Parente, the Nitrous Oxide and the cool 80s soundtrack, the root canal was less stressful than a routine cleaning!! I was told that my tooth had 4 "monster" roots which made for a more complicated procedure, but Dr Parente made it look easy. I had no pain and no side effects. If I ever need work done again, I would go back to Dr Parente.

I was referred to this office by my regular dentist. I was greeted with professionalism and asked to fill in the routine paperwork. When I was escorted back to the 'chair' it was exactly on my appointed time and the staff took their time to establish a relationship, listen to my needs and complaints and put my mind at ease that I would be handle with the upmost care. Dr Thai was assigned to me and I found her professional, engaging and caring. She told me what she was doing, made sure I had absolutely no pain or discomfort and made me feel that she was doing the very best for me. I have had root canal's in the past and have always had problems with pain, infection, etc. Dr Thai took all steps to keep me from experiencing these issues and I am happy to report I had no pain or subsequent issues. I recommend her and the staff highly. I told my regular dentist, a friend of 30 yrs, that he could feel very confident in recommending the office but especially Dr. Thai. She has become my favorite dentist of all times!! Please don't tell my friend:)
