Due to a situation at my regular dentist during a root canal, a piece of the "pin" for lack of terminology, was stuck in my root. Also, this was the third time he was trying to do the root canal and clearly he was not the man for the job. My dentist called for me being it was an emergency and right away I was in. I drove to the Ocean office and the office staff kindly greeted me and helped with my insurance information. It was not long that I was seen even though I did not have an appointment and was being seen as an emergency case. The lovely dental assistant (please forgive me I do not remember her name, I was a little stressed out) took the time to listen to me and was even able to reassure me I was now in good hands. She used a special scanner to see what was going on with this tooth and knew right away what had happened. Dr. Ostrometskaya then came in and realized I was upset and nervous and took the time to reassure me that this is what they do. Root canals. And darn were they good. They got right to business. The numbing worked (at my dental office he had tried this procedure theee times and each time he was unable to numb me all the way and yikes did that hurt beyond belief). But not here. I was probably numbed and material was used to specifically home in on the one tooth. The Dr. set to work and she emulated poise, confidence, and knowledge of what needed to be done. And she did it. And I was not in pain! The office even provided a print out for after care and a follow up appointment must occur due to the nature of the tooth and they even accommodated me as my insurance is running out this month. What a team. What a fantastic experience. So professional and yet compassionate. I am so happy my dentist called and I was able to experience the first time since this disaster of a procedure started a feeling that all will be well with this tooth. Thank you to Dr. Ostrometskaya team. I so appreciate it!!!!

I have to say I was extremely impressed with Dr. Antonett Thai & her assistant Lauren! Lauren & I enjoyed some laughs together before Dr. Thai came in which really put me at ease. I went to the office for a scan & ended up having a root canal that very same day. It was so smooth & Dr. Thai was so caring, considerate, & gentle. The 2 of them worked together so efficiently & proficiently I was very impressed! And it was totally painless! Even the next day I didn't need Tylenol! I can't recommend Dr. Thai highly enough & if I ever need any other work done I'll definitely go back to her!

I had an hot tooth that needed a root canal and I couldn't get an appointment with my Endodontist but she recommended Advanced. I was leaving in on vacation in 2 days and Advanced fit me in the same day. I arrived on time and was seen right away. Tina the dental tech was great, as was Dr. Apolito. They answered all my questions, showed me the x-rays and explained what they would be doing. The procedure was quick and painless - I was in and out in 50 minutes. The staff are all friendly and helpful and I highly recommend Advanced Endodontics to anyone who needs and Endodontist.

I was referred to DR Zohn by a couple of people but was so impressed by his knowledge confidence and amazing hands in treating my intense pain of my old root canal done by a diff dentist that needed to have a part redone He really has a calming professional personality and it made my experience so great . Absolutely painless dentistry is what you'll find from this office and their amazing staff. My tooth had just broke the day before and they got me within hours with the help of Doreen! Like most patients I was a bit nervous coming into the office for revision of a root canal. But from the initial phone call to the moment I arrived I was greeted and assisted by a very professional and courteous staff which put me at ease. Christine was very helpful and patient with me when filling out my paper work /history. Dental Assistant Kelly made me comfortable and put me at ease. The minute Dr. Zohn came into the treatment room I knew I was in good hands; Not only is he competent but you can tell he really cares about the patient; he made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. I sense that Dr. Zohn and his staff not only care about you while you are in the office but also afterwards, and want you to return to your life feeling well. root canal are the two scariest words you can hear, but not here. I was in servere pain that keep moving around top and bottom front to back. Dr Zohn was able to not only pin point which tooth was causing the problem but why it was causing the problem. Using his computer added microscope, he found that the area over the nerve had multiple small fractures. He very effiecently completed the root canal in one visit. I felt zero pain during and after the proceedure. I did not tell Dr Zohn or his staff that I have a very sensitive gag reflex. They complete the proceedure without gagging me once. this was very remarkable considering they were working on a second molar. Dr Zohn and his team are very special. I gladly give them my highest recommendation.

My root canal was at the Freehold office. Christa, who would be assisting, couldn’t have been more pleasant or reassuring that I would be receiving the best care. I almost looked forward to the procedure after we spoke! Dr. Thai is nothing short of exceptional. I had to have two emergency root canals done because I broke my two front teeth in half. Within 2 hours of visiting my regular dentist, who referred me to this specialist office because I have unordinary wide roots in my teeth, I was on the chair having my teeth operated on. There's more to it though. There's a chance that one of my broken teeth is not salvageable, and Dr. Thai was very honest about this. She recommended that my parents and I really think about this decision, as there is a large cost factor involved. The honesty made me feel very comfortable with her. Although this is her business, she did not care just about the money; she was extremely informative, and performed the duty of a doctor perfectly. Everyone in the office showed me a lot of compassion about my injury, and the lady at the front desk was even patient with my mom (she asked a lot of questions about insurance). The procedure was done perfectly (my amateur eyes saw two perfectly filled root canals, which is important I think) and it was painless (they numbed the hell out of my teeth). Although I am unaware of if my tooth remains salvageable, (this is dependent on the crown procedure I will have done somewhere else), everything I needed was taken care of here, and it was done very well. I highly recommend this place if you have the means to come.

I had a root canal performed by Doctor Ostrometskaya and from my first phone call to Advanced Endodontic until the end of the procedure everything was done in a highly professional manner. The office staff was courteous and very helpful in helping me along with the website forms and sorting out an issue with my insurance. Dr. O and her assistant could not have been any nicer in making feel comfortable and explaining the procedure as they went along. They would stop periodically to make sure I was okay before moving on. For something as unpleasant as a root canal, everyone made the experience as pleasant as they could. I would highly recommend this group.

My experience with Dr. Zohn and his staff were top notch from the initial scheduling of the appointment, to the procedure to the billing and the follow-up. I saw Dr. Ostrometskaya for a root canal on my front K9 tooth. I was in and out within an hour and felt absolutely nothing 🙂 All I can say is that she was amazing! She was very thorough, professional and clearly extremely competent. Dr. Ostrometskaya explained anything I asked (and I ask lots of questions). Debbie at the front office was great too. Obviously, we all hope we never need another root canal, but if I or my family ever need an Endodontist we found our spot. Overall, easily a 5 star experience!

Around Christmas time my mother was experiencing a pain in her tooth due to the need of a root canal procedure but Dr. Apolito was beyond equipped both technological and skill wise my mother said she was in an out and felt no pain the work he performed was brilliant work I would recommend him this time then a later to the absolute thank you doctor apolito gracias.

My experience at Advanced Endodontics was by far the most pleasurable in any Dr's. Office. Let's face it, no one enjoys getting any work done on their teeth. I was in some pain and was dreading getting a root canal. I've had poor past experiences with some dental work years ago, but from the start, this office was 5 star. Professional, informative, attentive, personable and quality service. I left there happy which is unheard of. Hardly any pain in the procedure and they kept checking to see if I was comfortable. This practice is truly a Godsend. My experience there was simply the easiest and best dental procedure I’ve ever had, and it was an “emergency” root canal on the weekend! Dr. Zohn made it seem all so routine. He diagnosed the problem immediately, explained the situation thoroughly, and told me in detail how the procedure would be performed. His calming and friendly demeanor was extremely reassuring which put me completely at ease. The procedure itself was performed with absolutely no pain, and I mean none! I don’t know how he did it, but he even administered the numbing medication where I didn’t realize he had done so! Just unbelievable! His skills and abilities are truly expert. I live out of state with a home at the shore. I was in severe pain and didn’t know where to go, but saw online they were open on Saturdays. I called and the office attendant Heather was not only gracious and helpful, but so accommodating and said a doctor could be called in for the emergency that morning. I was scheduled immediately, and in an hour, I was there for the procedure. It was an answer to a prayer! This practice is excellent and highly recommended. Thank you. I've been a patient of Advanced Endodontics for years and the practice never disappoints. I couldn't be more thankful for how quickly the office had me come in for an emergency root canal to relieve my pain. I've had many root canals at this office and never had any issues.
