Dr Zohn is the best! I was super nervous prior to my appt, and had never had a root canal before - so I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I was taken to the room for the procedure, Dr Zohn explained exactly what was going to be done and updates you step by step during the entire procedure. I felt ZERO pain, even afterwards! For anyone looking for a recommendation on an endodontist, I highly recommend Dr Zohn and his team - 100%!

I was worried before going here because I never had a root canal before in 50 years. I had to have two basically at once,but had to wait in between doing both. I saw Dr Zohn had same first name as my uncle who past away over the summer, thought it was a good sign. He was a real pro after my first one, I was ready for the second one, but that was a tough tooth and was some issues with it. Not his fault as he took care of me,but he had to have me come back to clean it out a few weeks later. They did a great job and Lauren was his assistant all the time and she was awesome too. Both very friendly and wanting to be sure I was good. If i had to go back again anytime soon, I def recommend them. If I had anything to say negative, it's a busy office so you may wait in between patients for a little while. I didn't wait long in the waiting room.

When you are nervous about an appointment everyone you meet impacts your visit. The person at the front desk was warm and friendly. She had a smile that helped me to relax. The assistant was an upbeat fun person....and the doctor had a friendly, competent air about him. They each played a part in making my visit for a root canal better than I could imagine. On the way there my thought was, I can't wait to be coming home. And now, after it is all over, I know if I ever need another root canal it is the only place I would go. It was an experience I am happy to share. Thank you to the entire staff that I had the good fortune to meet!

I Had a root canal done last Wednesday By Dr.Thai..I am extremely pleased with the whole process. Dr Thai was informative and nice to talk to.The office staff was great and they worked to schedule me in during a difficult time.. I almost left the office due to time constraints then changed my mind And Dr Thai re-suitted up to do the root canal..I am so happy that I had the procedure done then. It was an Absolutely Painless Procedure! Nobody enjoys a root canal but I can attest from former dental work i have had done in the past that this root canal was by far the best experience I've ever had. This experience of a root canal with Dr Christopher Pellicano was by far my best dental experience. I was so grateful that I was able to get an early appointment for a root canal as my heart surgery was scheduled in less than 2 weeks! I think it may have been the most positive dental experience I ever had!

As a new patient, my root canal experience with Dr. Pellicano, Ellen (Asst) and the rest of the staff that day was wonderful. From the moment I called and then entered the office, the receptionist was friendly and efficient . Ellen and Dr. Pellicano were not only professional, but made the entire procedure as comfortable as possible. I will absolutely come back to Dr. Pellicano if another root canal is needed!! Dr Apolito was incredible. I never had root canal procedure. I was nervous, scared and I was In a lot of pain. My Primary Dentist setting up this appointment under an emergency visit. Dr Apolito and the staff were unbelievable. I I knew I was at the right place with the right Dr. I appreciated the kindness, patience and great sense of humor the Dr and the staff provided to me. I needed all of that. Everything went well and I felt like I knew Dr Apolito my whole life, though I just met him. I hope to not need Dr Apolito’s services anytime soon, but if I do I know I am in good hands.

The staff at the Ocean office was great, friendly, efficient and informative. Dr. Zohn is awesome. He explains everything and takes his time with you telling you what to expect during and after the procedure. Surprisingly, you still get in and out with no long waits in the waiting room. I had a great experience and this is from someone who has always been terrified of going to the dentist.

From the moment I called I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist was very sweet and understanding as I was in so much pain I was near in tears. They were able to squeeze me in same day in the afternoon and even apologized for not getting me in sooner; I was grateful to even get in same day! Dr. Thai and co. were friendly, quick, and efficient. I felt absolutely nothing during my emergency root canal. (seriously) A weeks worth of pain gone in an instant. I am so happy to have been able to get relief but also to have had a good experience in the meantime. Thank you!

I called Advanced Endo to schedule an appt for a root canal. They made me wait 3 weeks for my appointment. I called them a day before to confirm, as they never reached out to me. They tell me that I have been completely removed from their schedule. I asked what happened and was told "people make mistakes Steven" with a very nasty tone. They offered me to come in and wait all day as they were booked. It is absolutely disgusting to treat people like that. It's one thing to lose a reservation, which shows a complete lack of competency on the staff's part. To also be unsympathetic to an issue they caused shows a total lack of customer service on top of it. Too bad Google won't let anyone post zero star reviews because there are clearly zero stars working at Advanced Endodontic Associates.

I’m a new patient. And had my first appointment today. Not only was I surprised how fast they were able to get me in, but I have never been in and out of an office so fast before. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The office is very neat and clean. I was in and out within 15 minutes for a consult and did not wait more then 5 minutes in the waiting area. Will be recommending to all my friends and family who are looking for a great specialist! Thank you AEA!

I needed to get a root canal and was scheduled with Dr. Pellicano. I have extreme dental anxiety and getting a root canal seemed like the end of the world. Dr. Pellicano and the hygienist were SO patient with me. They kept checking in with me to make sure that I was comfortable. They were so kind and ultimately the procedure was totally fine - but that was thanks to how gentle they were. The office staff let me wait outside till the dentist was ready (which helped ease my nerves) AND once I went inside kept updating my family with how I was holding up. I had the best experience here and would highly recommend. I am very thankful that this is the endodontic team that I chose.

This review is only meant for the front desk staff and not the doctors as I did not get a chance to have experience with them. Receptionist staff experience was unpleasant and resulted in major inconvenience. I Scheduled an emergency appointment for 1pm the day of (which seemed nice). Waited for an hour, and then approached front desk staff about the reason for such lengthy wait. The staff replied(unpleasantly) that I was told ahead of time that I would have to wait to be seen unknown amount of time, however that was not the case, it’s impossible for me to miss such a vital piece of information. She was not even able to verify how much longer I would have to wait, although I feel she could have easily looked into to it and give me some sort of estimated time. Since I didn’t preplan for such a time consuming appointment I had to leave the office. I interacted with a blond woman on Thursday 7/21/22. There are other things I did not appreciate in my interaction with her but it’s less relevant. Unfortunately I will not consider returning. Hope this review improves customer service at this practice and others don’t have to experience what I had to. In regards to the reply by the owner, I wish to point out that my concerns are with the customer service, communication and an attitude with how this matter was handled by front desk staff and not doctors being busy and not being able to see me. If you notice majority of poor reviews at you location are in regards to front desk.

Leaving to Europe I fractured my molar 2 days before leaving and was in pain. Call them in the morning and they were able to accommodate me the same day. The staff, dental assistants were all very friendly and courteous. Dr Ostrometskya was fantastic.
