Horrible experience! Wouldn’t send anyone there. Unprofessional behavior between dentist & assistant as they bantered rudely about another dentist who worked there but t Freehold office. And brutal. I was black & blue but not once did they ask how I was doing. And I waited over an hour for this. I sent this before and no one could be bothered to answer my comments.

Friendly and kind staff members. The endodontist was honest, educational, and up front. Instead of using my situation as an easy money grab he directed me to the more appropriate care. If ever in need of a root canal seek out Advanced Endodontic Associates.

Dr. Pelicano was great as well, the two worked great together and made the environment welcoming and comforting. I was terrified of getting a root canal, but they turned it into a genuinely positive experience, the hardest part was trying not to laugh! Highly recommend this duo!

The woman that does x-rays is nasty rude and impatient. You don’t run a business having a person handle clients like that. When a patient tells you that the instrument going into her mouth for x-rays hurts and you leave a sore in their mouth that’s a problem. I never complain about anything never had a problem like this. The woman endodontist was just as rude and wanted to do a root canal right away when I didn’t need one right away. My dentist referred me to them because my endodontist was away on vacation. I would never recommend this place to anybody. The only pleasant experience was the woman at the front desk. Stay away.

Simply put, this group is amazing! I was having a bad issue with a tooth and needed to get it taken care of ASAP. AEA has 3 locations and all were completely booked, however, Jessica at Ocean (I think that was her name?) went above and beyond to get me in to the doctor and she was able to get me a same day appointment. And the terrific service didn’t stop there - Dr. Pelicano performed a root canal and was amazing! He explained everything he was doing throughout the procedure before it was done and repeatedly asked how I was holding up throughout the procedure. His bedside manner was phenomenal and his work just as good. I felt nothing throughout the procedure and even though he (correctly) warned me that I would likely be sore after the Novocain wore off, I’m writing this the day after the procedure and have absolutely no pain. While I can’t guarantee that everyone will have the same result, I fully believe that this was a direct result of the careful way that Dr. Pelicano when about the procedure. Finally, I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one because of how impressed I was with this practice - and I’m not one to be easily impressed!

The entire staff is extremely warm, professional and thorough from my first call to the office. How many people can say that having a root canal was a pleasant experience? I can.

Everything about my experience was great. I was in extreme pain and they got me in same day. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The assistant Pam was great and put me at ease. Dr. Thai did my root canal quickly and painlessly. After the numbing wore off I had zero pain. I would definitely recommend!

During procedure Dentist spent time discussing personal issues with assistant. The procedure itself was fine, just felt strange listening to their conversation.

I fave 1 star bc 0 wasnt an option. I did not have a pleasant experience. The dental assistant knew I was having an issue with the suze of the xray in my mouth and was rough, rude and impatient. She got another assistant to take over but I heard her say "can you do this, I can't with this lady". She was so rough the inside of my mouth was scraped cut and very sore. The dentist admitted she saw nothing on the xray but wanted to do a root canal anyway.

I've had to use the office a few times within the last two years, which began with my apprehension and is now totally gone. Dr Thai and her assistants really know what they're doing, answer all of my questions, and make you as comfortable as possible. Their dental skills are top-notch and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them. I have to mention that the office staff is exceptional and very friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure walking in there and being graded with someone who always has a smile and a positive attitude.
