I fave 1 star bc 0 wasnt an option. I did not have a pleasant experience. The dental assistant knew I was having an issue with the suze of the xray in my mouth and was rough, rude and impatient. She got another assistant to take over but I heard her say "can you do this, I can't with this lady". She was so rough the inside of my mouth was scraped cut and very sore. The dentist admitted she saw nothing on the xray but wanted to do a root canal anyway.

My first time having a root canal or visiting a dental specialist. They were excellent! They were knowledgeable and really took their time deciding what the best course of action was. Once the decision was made, they were extremely organized and efficient. I highly recommend Advanced Endodontic Associates, PA.

I've had to use the office a few times within the last two years, which began with my apprehension and is now totally gone. Dr Thai and her assistants really know what they're doing, answer all of my questions, and make you as comfortable as possible. Their dental skills are top-notch and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them. I have to mention that the office staff is exceptional and very friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure walking in there and being graded with someone who always has a smile and a positive attitude.

Had a great experience with Dr. Ostrometskaya - very friendly, calm and professional. Noone ever looks forward to a root canal, but great communication can make a big difference - everything went smoothly, with absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. Highly recommend !

Dr. Thai did an excellent job on my root canal. She was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly. I felt very comfortable and the procedure went smoothly. The only hiccup was at the front desk: my antibiotic prescription wasn’t called in right away, delaying my first dose. Although I throughly filled out the lengthy new patient paperwork, providing my pharmacy information, I had to call the office the next day to give them the pharmacy’s phone number. They even tried blaming the pharmacy for their errors. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Thai for her skill and care, and I hope the office improves its prescription process. Don’t count on them to call it in correctly, just get a script.

She was outstanding—so genuinely friendly, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I called Advanced Endodontics at the suggestion of my dentist, who suggested an emergency root canal before an upcoming flight I had scheduled. While I had no luck with the first of my calls to one of their 3 offices, on my call to their Ocean office I was greeted by a lovely woman who went out of her way to get me into the already booked schedule of their Middletown office. I wish I had made a mental note of her name, as she was not only friendly, but went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was seen the same afternoon within 30 minutes of the time I was given to arrive. My procedure was seamless and professional. The office was clean and friendly, never leaving me to feel like I was putting them out in any way. It is without hesitation I leave 5 stars for Advanced Endodontics and would revisit them again if the need ever arises. 🙌🏼

Cannot recommend Advanced Endodontic enough. I needed an emergency root canal, and was in tremendous pain. They were able to give me a next day appointment for the procedure. Dr. Ostrometskaya is wonderful, very kind and reassuring, and since the procedure I’ve never felt better. If I ever need similar dental work done, I will come back here.

My first visit. Didn't have a long wait in the waiting room. Everyone seemed to be nice. I had a root canal performned by Dr. Pellicano. Everything was expalined to me. No pain and No after visit problems. I need to go back and have another 2 root canal's done.
