I just left Advanced Endodontic Associates, PA and had to write this because I had such a genuinely amazing experience. The second I walked in I was greeted by a super friendly receptionist and instantly felt comfortable. The whole office is just really kind and welcoming. Everyone is polite, professional, and you can tell they actually care about the people coming in. But Olivia… Olivia made my day. She was with me the entire time and was seriously the sweetest girl I ever met. She checked on me constantly, made sure I was okay, and somehow made the whole experience feel way less stressful. She made me feel so comfortable and her positive energy was truly contagious. It’s rare to meet someone like that, especially when you’re sitting in a dental chair feeling nervous. I felt so taken care of because of her. She was working alongside Leanna and Dr. Zohn, who were both amazing too. And last time I was here, I had Dr. Pellicano—also incredible. You really can’t go wrong with anyone here. What really sets this office apart is their dedication to exceptional customer service. Every team member went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. If you’re looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients, this is the place to go. If I could rate 10 stars I would!

I was a difficult case and I felt so awful because my root canal took exponentially longer and was much more involved than the average patient. Due to a previous jaw surgery my anatomy makes it almost impossible for me to get numb from Novacaine shots. Five or six or maybe seven shots and an hour of exceptional patience and I was finally able to have the root canal done. Most dentists are never even able to get me fully numb. Dr. Pellicano and his staff never showed even the slightest bit of annoyance or frustration. They were absolutely wonderful and I had no issues with the root canal afterwards. I even came back for a second root canal a month later! Highly recommended.

I had a horrible experience, with the Endondotic Dr that was referred to me from my dentist. I give zero stars ⭐️, and out of a 10, I would not even give a one, but I had to give a one ⭐️ in order to post this experience, but for the receptionist at the front and the he X-ray tech I give 5 ⭐️’s too. The woman Endodontist Dr, her professional manner was unexceptable, no compassion what so ever for me the patient, and there was no reassurance in what she was trying to recommend to me, that is why, I told her I am going to get a second opinionl. Also for me what I was coming there for was a referred/recommended for a root canal not a consultation, I had a previous consultation form my dentist, so I already new at hand about what was going on with my tooth.! I would also like to say that the receptionist at the front desk was amazing very pleasant and courteous and professional, as well as the X-ray tech who took the 3D pictures and the additional X-rays of my teeth. It was just the Endodontic woman doctor who saw me, that was to me very unprofessional. I work in the medical field for over 21 years and I have never had any patient walk away, from our facility that they, had picked or was referred too by there doctor, that they had in fact picked the wrong place to come too, to receive relief/treatment for what they had ailment/pain for! In the interim of that awful experience I had, I found a doctor the that day, and the very next day, that was very professional, had compassion and explained what needed to be done, and I am very happy to say that I am going to be treated today.!

I had a great experience scheduling my appointment, during and after it. The office is clean, and the waiting time is minimal. It gets better when you are under the care of doctor Yelena Octrometskaya. Her professionalism, knowledge, and skills are excellent. My root canal treatment went quickly and pain-free. She answered all my questions, and I felt comfortable after the procedure. I strongly recommend this office to anyone who needs help.

Terrible experience. I felt like more could have been done to save my tooth during a retreat root canal, instead they gave up when the worst outcome would have been to lose my tooth anyway. This was a lack of care and persistence. I ended up having to go to another specialist to have my tooth pulled the same day. In addition to being upset about this, I received a bill for an attempted procedure. I could see why my insurance didn’t cover this, and I wasn’t happy about the receptionist’s tone. I will relay this to my referral. I regret the day I visited this office.

Super anxious and queen of procrastination is who am. But Dr Thai put me completely at ease before and during my root canal. Yes it is uncomfortable during procedure but I left feeling as if I had just had a regular dental visit. No pain and haven't required pain meds so thumbs up to Dr Thai advanced Endodontic!
